Maria McNeal Ministries intent is to see God's people saved delivered and set free; especially our youth. An outreach program by the name of "At Risk Youth Ministries" caters to young people who are troubled and lack direction in the prison system. Our job is to mentor, as well as bring comfort, support, and a listening ear to their needs and concerns. We believe that each individual has the ability to change their perception on life by believing in God and allowing him to orchestrate their lives. At Risk Youth Ministries vision is to see every youth who is incarcerated reach their fullest potential. We believe in (1Corinthians 3:6) which states I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase.

Chaplain McNeal is also a Seer Prophet, and a teacher of the word of God. Called to the nations, she prophetically teaches under the direction of the Holy Spirit. Her ministry is called to bring God people back in right alignment with God and his will for their live.

Chapain McNeal will not rest until all souls attached to her have been taught the word of God.
